Release the Fear to Open Infinite Possibilities

ree

Over the last few weeks, a theme has emerged while working with clients and in my own self-reflection and healing: fear. Whether it is a fear of taking the step to leave a job to start your own business or because the environment has gotten too toxic, fear of not having enough money or how you spend it, a fear of attempting a new romantic relationship after a disastrous one, or fear of making the right decision, to name a few, the premise of fear is a block, and most of the time, it is built from trauma.

We have all experienced things in life that help us build some of those feelings of fear. Those fears emerge as a sense of self-preservation after a trauma. I believe in some respects they are healthy because in a sense they protect us while we process, learn, grow, and heal. Most of us have experienced failure, bouts of low self-esteem caused by hurtful words, poverty or stressful money situations, abusive personal relationships, toxic work environments, and/or mistrust, to name a few. Once you experience any type of trauma, it can stick to us to help us make decisions that keep us for repeating those traumas or feelings again. It makes sense. Right? It is up to us though to process, learn and grow from those fears and reprogram ourselves as and after we heal.

I am a firm believer in learning from my lessons; I'm the person who constantly says, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Unless it is a hefty life lesson, I rarely make the same mistake twice. Why? Because I don't want to experience the trauma a second time, no matter how big or small. Even with effort and the belief that we have learned, grown, and healed, sometimes there are traumas that are still embedded in our souls that keep bringing us back around. Healthy or not, those traumas and fears prevent us from moving forward and attaining what we desire or allowing us to move forward. Through my use of the Emotion and Body Codes, both on myself and with clients, I have learned that if you obliterate the trauma, the fear will vanish and the blocks will move, and you can move forward.

This sounds easy. Release the trauma and tomorrow you are living the life of your dreams. Wouldn't it be just amazing if that were the case? I wish I had a magic wand to help my clients (and even myself sometimes) because no matter what, healing modalities don't always move mountains overnight. However, I know from personal experience with the Emotion/Body Codes, you will notice a difference and soon you will see momentum of change picking up. Personally, I don't even notice the changes until well after the desired outcome has manifested. In that moment, the one where you suddenly recognize that your personal transformation and manifestation has occurred, you (like me) will be joyfully surprised.

Consider what is holding you back from the infinite possibilities of your life only limited by your imagination and fears. The Emotion and Body Code cannot help create your imagination, although if you have blocks, it can probably help, but they may help remove the fears, traumas, and blocks that you have preventing you from the life you desire and deserve. I think you are worth it, and so should you. Let me know if I can assist in helping your achieve infinite possibilities.
