The North Star shines the brightest and leads the way for all travelers no matter the journey. We are each like stars in the night sky. We give energy to the world, and whether you believe it or not, I believe we help one another on our life's journey by lighting the way for each other.
The North Star is the inspiration, and the star symbol is my muse for this season's blog. Have you ever looked at yourself and considered you are like a star? Your center, your heart and soul, full of energy and pulsing with life. However, star symbols are not necessarily smooth and round; they have sharp points. When we glow with the positive light, the points of our star are beams that direct light throughout the world. But, as I think about how the holidays can make us pulse with more energy, I also think about those challenges that fire out the daggers to keep away the life, love, and joy.
What creates your daggers for your star this holiday season? For some of you, it may be not so pleasant memories of holiday gatherings or of loneliness. For others, it may be the sorrow and grief being magnified as you experience the holidays without a special loved one. Others may find themselves struggling to create their idea of what the holidays should be like but just can't make the vision a reality for various reasons. These are just a few scenarios, but there are unlimited factors and experiences that can bring those protective daggers of our star out changing the pulsing heart and joy and keeping others away. The daggers shift the energy and prevent the light from beaming.
Take a look at yourself, you are this beautiful star shining light into the world. Your points can direct light and love, but if those points are daggers of protection rather than beams of light, how is that effecting you and your life. Wouldn't it be amazing to continue being that bright star but have less daggers and more beams of light allowing others closer and allowing your light, love, and energy to have a further reach into the world. As you continue your journey through this holiday season, I ask you to take a few moments each day to ask yourself, did anything today project a dagger? What made me react or feel negative? Write down brief notes about the experience(s) and feelings, emotions, and/or reactions. Even if you can't pinpoint your feelings, emotions ,or identify the exact event, it is perfectly fine. Write what you can. Follow your star to your healing, so you can shine more brightly and guide others on their journey as well.
If you choose to use the Emotion and Body Code in the new year to follow your star, you can use this list to guide the process or use it as a starting point. Your soul's energy will use the list to help you heal. Then, next year around this time, take a moment to look back and compare your 2022 Star and 2023 Star; I believe you will be amazed.
This holiday season allow your light to shine brightly. If you are struggling with your light. look for a star or even twinkling lights to remind you that there is always light leading you to find your way.
Sending you light, love, and many blessings this holiday season!!!
