Not Sleeping Like a Baby

Recently, a colleague at work mentioned that she had been waking up at 3:19a for several days in a row. I told her I knew that 3a was connected to a meridian and began to search the Body Code. I reviewed each meridian and located the lung meridian, which stated that its peak diurnal activity time was between 3-5am. I read to her the symptoms, and she was astounded but didn't elaborate. I asked if she wanted me to take a moment to see if I could help. She agreed, more out of curiosity than anything.
After connecting, I asked her energy system if she had a misalignment in her lung meridian. Muscle testing revealed she did so I released the associated imbalances then realigned her lung meridian. I wrote her a note with the information about our release: "Lung Meridian - right side misalignment: crying and heartache" and placed it on her desk. A few hours later, she called me while telling her husband what I had released and shared that she had been crying and upset because her daughter, who was home for a short visit, was going back to Florida to continue her training. She was blown away that I knew nothing about what was going on with her but was able to identify imbalances. She also reported the next day that she did not wake up during the night after the release of trapped energies and realignment of her meridian.
Many of us have sleep issues whether it is due to life stresses, the inability to establish a sleep routine, or health reasons; however, the Body Code may allow some relief by releasing trapped emotions and resetting sleep cycles or realigning meridians. Wouldn't it be worth a try to see if the Emotion Code/Body Code could help with your sleep issues?
