Old Forgotten Memory Surfaces

Have you had an old memory surface unexpectedly? Maybe it is the whole story being unfurled or maybe just a flash of a few images. Is it a memory you thought was buried deep, deep down entombed in cement and inside multiple vaults or something you hadn't consciously remembered? None of those questions matter in moment when you are suddenly facing the memory like a deer in the headlights. Now that it surfaced, what do you do: shove it back down into the darkness? ignore it? face it?

In my personal experience and humble opinion, these memories surface to be released and healed, and you are ready! You may say, "but, you don't know how horrific that trauma was" or "I don't want to talk to anyone about it" or "I don't even know when that happened or what actually happened." All are valid responses, but the good news is you don't have relive or talk about the trauma nor even remember the details because the Emotion Code may release the trapped energies related to the trauma without any of those things.
