Put A Little Love In Your Heart

Recently, I had a conversation with a woman who has been divorced for about a year. Her married life was full of challenges and abuse. She shared with me that her children were encouraging her to jump back into the dating pool, but she believed that no one would want her. She is a beautiful and sweet woman and is a nice catch for the right man. Our discussion brought me to share that it appeared that she lost her self-love and that she might have trapped emotions from her life that is keeping her from appreciating and loving the woman she is and preventing her from having a full, joy-filled life.

Whether cultural norms or one or more individuals in your life have caused you to have a sense of self-hatred, a sense of unworthiness, or self-doubt, the Emotion Code may help remove those barriers, known and unknown, that allow you to love yourself and live a full life. Simply asking the question What are contributing factors for me not loving myself as I am? can launch a session to release trapped emotions that are blocking self-love. Do you need to consciously know the moments that caused those trapped emotions? No. Do you need to remember the name of the person or magazine that began the attack on your self-love? No. All you need to do is allow the process of identifying and releasing trapped emotions to flow while you relax and imagine how life will be different when you love yourself completely again.
